Doug Yannessa
NASM CES, CPT, MMP, PN1
Doug began his career in the fitness industry in 2007, where he quickly discovered a passion for helping others move and feel their best. In 2012, he became a licensed sports massage therapist, and by 2014, earned his Medical Massage Practitioner license, deepening his expertise in human movement and corrective exercise. His training philosophy focuses on making every workout efficient, purposeful, and safe, maximizing results while minimizing risk of injury. In 2015, Doug founded Pro Balanced Fitness & Nutrition, continually enhancing the client experience through education, innovation, and advanced coaching techniques. Nearly a decade later, he’s built a premier private training studio in Kennesaw dedicated to personalized, results-driven fitness. Doug’s mission moving forward is to mentor passionate fitness professionals and continue setting the standard for personal training excellence.

Brian Skouras
Certified Personal Trainer
Brian’s passion for endurance sports began at 19, when he joined a semiprofessional cycling team in Italy — an experience that sparked his lifelong commitment to pushing limits and personal growth. After returning to the U.S., he competed in mountain biking and earned sponsorships from brands like Motorola and Bud Light. Since joining Pro Balanced Fitness & Nutrition in 2024, Brian has helped dozens of clients in Kennesaw and surrounding areas reach their fitness goals through customized, results-driven coaching. In 2025, he released his first book, One Life, sharing the lessons and habits that have shaped his journey. Endurance sports have taught him the importance of discipline, resilience, and consistency — values he brings to every training session. Whether coaching competitive athletes or beginners, Brian’s mission is to help each client discover their strength and achieve more than they thought possible.
